Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle report.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process rental transactions following SOPs.
• Promote service options and upsell when appropriate.
• Answer phone calls and handle or route inquiries.
• Complete and submit rental reports to supervisor.
• Maintain rental agreement files and location logs.
• Coordinate car exchanges in the system.
• Communicate with shuttle drivers.
• Take on additional duties as needed.
