Culdesac Tempe is seeking a dynamic Leasing & Community Operations Coordinator to join our on-site team. You will bridge leasing sales with exceptional neighborhood hospitality, driving lead generation and guiding prospects through our innovative community.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, brand enthusiasm, and on-site presence in Tempe, AZ. We value a people-first operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with duties including weekend/evening hours and Monday/Saturday

Qualifications

• Experience with lead generation and attracting prospects, converting them into residents (1–2 years in the industry).
• Exceptional customer service while able to diffuse difficult situations.
• CRM software and property management experience is a plus.
• Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for understanding the brand and sharing it with new prospects.

Responsibilities

• Bridge leasing sales and neighborhood hospitality to drive lead generation.
• Guide prospective residents through the unique neighborhood experience.
• Support current residents to ensure they love where they live.
• Maintain on-site operations and respond to community needs.
• Work schedule may include weekends and evenings as required.
