Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Hubspot, Asana, Later.com and Google Survey is a bonus.
• Experience with Entrata or Real Page.
• Can-do attitude; willing to work outside your job description.
• Skilled multi-tasker and self-starter with strong time management skills.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and ask for direction when needed.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage and train the on-site leasing team.
• Provide informative and experiential tours to prospects, both virtually and in-person.
• Closely monitor rates and pricing tiers to achieve target gross revenue.
• Become the lease agreement expert, providing regular guidance to your team.
• Closely track and execute the applicant and guarantor approval process.
• Generate, audit and track all leases and leasing activity.
• Manage all daily follow up activity.
• Assist the Lease Up Specialist in preparing daily and weekly leasing reports.
• Always be in-the-know on market knowledge and trends.
