Job summary

Carvana is seeking Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to join our expanding team in Peoria, IL. The role involves delivering vehicles to customers, loading haulers, and maintaining accurate customer records while upholding safety standards.

Starting pay is $17/hour with a clear growth path up to $19/hour, plus performance-based incentives. The position requires 11am–9pm shifts, seven days a week with rotating days off, and on-site work at Carvana locations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Able to pass a drug test and obtain DOT Medical Card.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using Carvana haulers; training provided.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler; inspect for safe operation.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain notes in the tracking system.
• Maintain a clean driving record in line with Carvana policies.
