AutoNation is seeking a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to expand dealership inventory by purchasing customer vehicles. The role emphasizes an exceptional customer experience, managing expectations, and timely communication through the We'll Buy Your Car program.

You will respond to leads, identify private sellers, schedule appraisals, and ensure smooth, same-day payment processing while maintaining strong relationships with customers and the sales team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Extremely self-motivated with the drive to meet targets.
• Strong communication, prospecting and interpersonal abilities.
• Organized with solid follow-up skills.
• Comfort with using technology to support sales processes.

Responsabilités

• Responds to incoming leads via AutoNation and third-party sites by phone, online, or in person.
• Identifies and engages private party sellers to acquire vehicles.
• Sets up dealership visits for vehicle appraisals.
• Executes the We'll Buy Your Car same-day payment process.
• Reviews vehicle condition reports and inspects vehicles onsite.
• Interacts with customers throughout the day, in person and by phone; guides them through processes.
• Refer customers preferring trade-ins to the sales team.
