Job summary

Marsh is seeking an Analyst I for the Captives team. This remote, full-time role can be based in any US office location, including Charleston.

You will support compliance policy development, assist account managers on regulatory matters, monitor industry trends, and help prepare financial statements for a portfolio of captive accounts. The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree in accounting/finance, proficiency in MS Office, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or closely related field.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
• Provide support and guidance to account managers on regulatory compliance.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in regulatory filings.
• Help Account Manager prepare financial statements for a portfolio of accounts.
• Assist Account Manager with ongoing client service issues.
