Job summary

Marsh is seeking an Analyst I for the Captives team. This remote, full-time role can be based in any US office location, including Charleston.

You will support compliance policy development, assist account managers on regulatory matters, monitor industry trends, and help prepare financial statements for a portfolio of captive accounts. The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree in accounting/finance, proficiency in MS Office, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Captives team at Marsh. This role can be based in any US office location.

We will count on you to:

• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and promote internal efficiencies.
• Provide support and guidance to account managers and other team members on regulatory compliance matters.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to regulatory filings and compliance.
• Helps Account Manager preparing the financial statements for a portfolio of accounts.
• Assists Account Manager with ongoing client service issues to improve the client experience.

What you need to have:

• Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or closely related field.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
