Marsh is seeking a Client Service Manager to join the Captives team. This role may be based in any US office and entails daily management and accounting for a portfolio of clients, including captives and reinsurance pools, with a focus on financial monitoring, regulatory compliance, and advisory leadership.

You will prepare or review financial statements under US GAAP, IFRS, or Statutory frameworks, manage client relationships, and coordinate audits with strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing or reviewing financial statements under US GAAP/IFRS.
• Experience in account management or client services.
• Knowledge of insurance regulatory environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare or review financial statements per US GAAP, Statutory, or IFRS.
• Oversee financial aspects of client portfolios and monitor performance.
• Discuss regulatory updates with clients and maintain relationships.
• Lead client meetings with auditors, ensuring deadlines and reporting.
• Review financial statements and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
