Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Client Service Manager for its Captives team in the US. The role covers daily management and accounting for a portfolio of clients, including insurance entities, captives and reinsurance pools, with emphasis on financial monitoring and regulatory compliance.

You will review financial statements under US GAAP, Statutory, or IFRS, manage client relationships, and coordinate audits while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• CPA/CA/ACCA/ACA designation required.
• Experience in account management / client services.
• Experience with GAAP or IFRS financial reporting in insurance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or perform technical review of financial statements under US GAAP, Statutory, or IFRS.
• Ensure all financial aspects of the client are efficiently managed.
• Discuss regulatory updates with clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships with various stakeholders.
• Manage financial audits with auditors and deadlines.
• Review financial statements and ensure accuracy.
