You will lead cross-functional teams, manage underwriting data flow, collaborate with actuaries on pricing models, and prepare board books, renewals, and financial reports, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least five years in property and casualty insurance.
• Ability to collaborate with executive leadership and production teams.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; can present complex information clearly.
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat; proactive and client-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day captive operations and coordinate with executives and managers.
• Oversee underwriting information flow and assist in pricing models with actuaries.
• Maintain broker, member, and service-provider relationships and facilitate board meetings.
• Oversee underwriting docs, board books, and financials with domicile manager.
• Monitor premium collection and perform financial reconciliation with stakeholders.
