Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in property and casualty insurance or captive programs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned captives.
• Collaborate with Captive Executives, Business Development Executives, and Program Managers to align on captive activities.
• Facilitate production by reviewing underwriting data and preparing proposals for pricing models.
• Prepare and communicate program status for board meetings and with brokers, service providers, and members.
• Assist in the preparation of underwriting documentation for renewals and board books, and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Support premium collection and financial reconciliation in coordination with the domicile manager and carrier.
