Job summary

Hylant is seeking a Captive Account Manager to support a portfolio of captive clients and collaborate with the Global Captive Solutions Team. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management or Accounting and strong communication are preferred.

Hybrid from any Hylant office or 100% remote work is possible. You will handle billing, premium tracking, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with clients and service providers to deliver solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate billing for management and consulting.
• Timely and accurate premium tracking for clients.
• Communicate with clients and service providers to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage a portfolio of captive clients with competing deadlines.
• Collaborate with captive professionals and other team members.
• Support RFP and client prospect presentations.
• Participate in internal training and communications.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement.
