Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management or Accounting required.
• Excellent communication skills, team player with initiative.
• Analytical abilities and strong problem solving.
• Interest or experience in captive industry or CPA firm a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; ability to organize and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Billing for management and consulting with timeliness and accuracy.
• Track premiums for clients and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients and service providers.
• Manage a portfolio of captive clients with competing deadlines.
• Support RFPs, client presentations, and internal training.
