Hylant seeks a Captive Account Manager to support a portfolio of captive clients within the Global Captive Solutions Team. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management or Accounting and strong communication are desired.

The role offers a hybrid work option from any Hylant office or 100% remote, with emphasis on teamwork, client service, and proactive problem solving across regulatory requirements and premium billing.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management or Accounting.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Team-oriented with initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in captive insurance or CPA internship is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely and accurate billing for management and consulting.
• Track premiums accurately for clients.
• Communicate with clients and service providers to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage a portfolio of captive clients with competing deadlines.
• Collaborate with captive professionals and support RFP/client prospect presentations.
• Contribute to internal training and communications.
