Afognak Diversified Services, Inc a subsidiary of Afognak Native Corporation has an opportunity for a full-timeCaptain of the Guard, (COTG) in Grand Prairie, TX. The COTG reports to the Sr. Operations Manager and is responsible for the scheduling, operations, and quality of the service provided to Airbus. The COTG is responsible for the hiring and staffing at their facility.
The COTG will coordinate with the Sr. Operations Manager on all matters concerning the discipline and corrective actions of employees and has the authority to take these actions. The COTG serves as the senior leader responsible for overseeing guard operations, enforcing security protocols, and ensuring the safety of personnel, facilities, and sensitive assets. This position requires a decisive and disciplined leader with a strong background in security operations, personnel management, and emergency response coordination.
Payrate:$54,080 to $55,120 Annually
