Major Food Group is hiring Captain Assistants to join our team at Carbone in Miami Beach, FL. This full-time position supports the Captain in table service and guest interaction, with flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

We seek candidates with prior experience in high-volume or fine dining, who are professional, articulate, and punctual, and who can stand for 8 hours and lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume or fine dining preferred.
• Professional, articulate, friendly, punctual.

Responsibilities

• Support the Captain in table service and guest interaction
• Assist in setting and resetting tables according to service standards
• Anticipate guests’ needs and ensure service meets/exceeds expectations
• Inspect dining room, table settings, chairs, floors, cleanliness and safety
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and service stations
• Check tables for Member satisfaction and assist in resolving guest issues
