Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of relevant work experience.
• Valid Alaska driver’s license.
• Ability to lift, move and carry supplies up to 80 lbs.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with non-IT property control and disposal and conduct annual inventories.
• Coordinate purchases, issue supplies, and deliver to legislators and staff.
• Supervise supply room staff and coordinate with the Procurement Officer.
• Assist with office relocations and tracking of vehicles and maintenance logs.
• Prepare reports for risk management when accidents occur.
