Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and GSuite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, screening, and routing correspondence and documents.
• Directing the public to the appropriate offices they seek.
• Professionally greeting constituents and visitors of the Capitol Complex.
• Answering telephone calls and handling basic errands as needed.
