Position Overview

The Transaction Execution Specialist supports investment and operations teams by managing the end-to-end execution of transactions. This includes processing trades and investment deals, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and process investment transactions, including private equity, credit, and venture capital deals

Prepare, review, and maintain transaction documentation, confirmations, and contracts

Ensure timely and accurate settlement of all trades and investment activities

Coordinate with internal teams, counterparties, custodians, and service providers to resolve transaction issues

Monitor transaction workflows, deadlines, and milestones to identify potential risks or bottlenecks

Maintain and update transaction tracking systems, dashboards, and reports
