You will collaborate with Development, Finance, Accounting, and Procurement on strategic initiatives and support monthly executive meetings.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant program.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for analysis and budgeting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Development, Finance, Accounting, and Procurement on capital initiatives.
• Support capital project requests and monthly senior exec committee meetings.
• Maintain and create cost projections for greenfield construction and site builds.
• Work on equipment procurement and delivery processes.
• Develop processes and documentation to improve capital project management.
