Job summary

Ares Management Corporation is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to support structuring, execution and distribution of rated product offerings, including feeders, CFOs and related structures. You will work with investment teams, investor relations, finance and external partners, coordinating complex processes end-to-end.

The role emphasizes strong financial modeling, ratings interactions, and the ability to manage multiple transaction workstreams with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in rated fund products or structured finance.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Experience with ratings agencies and ratings methodologies.
• Ability to manage multi-party transaction processes involving legal counsel and internal/external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercial orientation with institutional investors.

Responsibilities

• Structure, model, rate, document and close rated product transactions.
• Develop detailed cash flow models and waterfalls for transactions.
• Coordinate ratings materials and interact with ratings agencies.
• Manage multi-party workstreams across internal and external teams.
• Support investor diligence and distribution efforts for transactions.
• Collaborate with investor relations, legal, finance and other functions.
