Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a Senior Accountant for the Capital Projects team in Columbus, MT to oversee the US PGM segment's financial reporting, ensuring GAAP and IFRS compliance and timely, accurate results. You will develop budgets, forecasts, cost-to-complete analyses, track expenditures, prepare monthly forecasts and performance reports, and support audits with cross-functional partners.

• BS degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee GAAP/IFRS compliance and financial reporting for the US PGM segment.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and cost-to-complete analyses.
• Track project expenditures, commitments, and accruals.
• Generate monthly forecasts, cash flow projections, and financial performance reports.
• Support annual budgeting and long-range financial planning.
• Collaborate with project managers to align schedules and financial objectives.
• Monitor project progress and provide financial guidance throughout the lifecycle.
• Review change orders, contract modifications, and vendor proposals for financial impact.
• Maintain compliance and assist with audits and regulatory reporting.
