Job summary

Sibanye-Stillwater seeks a Senior Accountant to lead financial reporting for the US PGM segment in Columbus, MT. You will ensure GAAP and IFRS compliance, manage intercompany transactions, and support audits and the Sarbanes-Oxley program.

You will coordinate with management to provide accurate results, assist with consolidations, and contribute to improving accounting processes tied to acquisitions and divestitures.

Qualifications

• BS degree in accounting, finance, or related field or a minimum of 4 years relevant accounting/finance experience.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• JDE Enterprise One or other ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal and external financial reporting for Sibanye-Stillwater's US PGM segment in accordance with GAAP and IFRS.
• Provide financial operating results to management with accurate, timely information.
• Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions.
• Assist with acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures accounting processes and reporting.
• Support financial close processes and regulatory reporting timelines.
• Aid internal and external audits and maintain SOX compliance controls.
