The role emphasizes client-focused consulting, risk mitigation, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, with travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in construction management or real estate advisory or related fields.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field; CPAs or related certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of construction phases: planning, procurement, scheduling, cost estimating, and closeout.
• Experience with contract compliance audits and real estate portfolio management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead client-facing reports.

Responsibilities

• Review construction and real estate processes, controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Assess contracts, leases, and capital project performance for adherence to terms and regulations.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve transparency and efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork: data collection, site visits, interviews, reporting findings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: PMs, asset managers, legal, clients, contractors.
• Support lifecycle from acquisition to disposition to align with business objectives.
