Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related experience in construction or real estate advisory.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; professional credentials preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct construction and real estate reviews, controls, and compliance analyses.
• Assess contracts, leases, and capital project performance for contractual and regulatory adherence.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve transparency and efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork, document findings, and prepare client-facing reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, clients, and contractors.
• Support lifecycle from acquisition to disposition aligning with business objectives.
