Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager II to own quality on capital projects from the owner's or EPC side, writing the project quality plan and setting the surveillance and audit program for contractors and suppliers.

You will qualify vendors and inspection subcontractors, own nonconformance and corrective-action processes, and report quality metrics to project leadership and the owner's quality organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in quality on construction or industrial capital projects.
• ASQ CQA or CMQ-OE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write the project quality plan and the contractor and supplier quality requirements that flow from it.
• Plan and lead surveillance and audits of contractors and suppliers.
• Qualify vendors and inspection agencies.
• Own the project nonconformance, corrective-action, and lessons-learned processes.
• Report quality metrics and risks to project leadership and the owner's quality organization.
