Job summary

Deloitte's Infrastructure & Real Estate team is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead PMIS configuration and implementation for major capital projects. You will analyze client needs, design PMIS solutions, and ensure successful rollout with systems like Oracle Unifier, Procore, Kahua, EcoSys, and Primavera P6.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in PMIS and project controls, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, project management or related business degree.
At least 4 years of experience in PMIS system implementation, particularly Procore.
2+ years of experience in project management and project controls.
Experience with project controls activities, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and integrating those activities into technology platforms.
Experience configuring PMIS tools, performing system integrations, and developing reports and dashboard.
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Visio.
Experience using AI-enabled tools and digital technologies to improve efficiency, support analysis, and enhance the quality of work products.
Ability to travel up to 30% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred: Master’s degree in engineering or construction management, or MBA.
One or more certifications: PE, ASA, PMP, CFA, CFE, CCE or CPA.
Proficiency in PM tools including Oracle Unifier, Procore, Hexagon Ecosys, Kahua, Primavera P6, and Power BI.
Experience in a professional services firm.
International engagement experience.
Multi-lingual.

Responsibilities

Leading the configuration and implementation of PMIS to optimize client project delivery.
Analyzing client needs and objectives to develop tailored solutions for complex capital projects.
Designing and configuring PMIS solutions, including integrations, reporting, and dashboards.
Collaborating with project teams to ensure rollout of systems such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, EcoSys, and Procore.
Conducting rigorous testing and validation of configured solutions, and developing detailed training and documentation to support client adoption.
