Job summary

Deloitte’s Infrastructure and Real Estate team is seeking a Senior Consultant in Capital Projects to lead PMIS configuration and implementation for major client programs in Tempe, AZ. You will design, test, and deploy PMIS solutions, integrating tools such as Procore, Oracle Unifier, Kahua, and EcoSys while training client staff and ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, project management or related business degree
• At least 4 years of experience in PMIS system implementation, particularly Procore
• 2+ years of experience in project management and project controls
• Experience with project controls activities, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and integrating those activities into technology platforms
• Experience configuring PMIS tools, performing system integrations, and developing reports and dashboard
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Visio
• Experience using AI-enabled tools and digital technologies to improve efficiency, support analysis, and enhance the quality of work products
• Ability to travel up to 30% on average
• Limited sponsorship may be available
• Preferred: Master's in engineering/construction management or MBA
• Certifications: PE, ASA, PMP, CFA, CFE, CCE or CPA
• Proficiency with PMIS tools including Oracle Unifier, Procore, Hexagon Ecosys, Kahua, Primavera P6, Power BI
• Experience in a professional services firm
• International engagement experience
• Multilingual

Responsibilities

• Leading the configuration and implementation of PMIS to optimize client project delivery
• Analyzing client needs and objectives to develop tailored PMIS solutions
• Designing PMIS configurations, including integrations, reporting, and dashboards
• Collaborating with project teams to roll out systems such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, EcoSys, and Procore
• Conducting testing and validation of configured solutions and developing training and documentation
