Job summary

ADM is seeking a Project Manager to oversee capital and operational projects from concept through completion in the Casselton/Fargo area. You will work with operations, procurement, and vendors to scope, approve, fund, and execute projects on schedule, including WAVE lifecycle, AFE creation, and board communications.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in project management within industrial settings, with experience coordinating RFQs, budgets, and on-site execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience managing capital projects, operational improvement projects, construction projects, or industrial facilities.
• Experience with operations teams, contractors, procurement, safety, environmental, and engineering resources.
• Familiarity with capital approval processes, AFE creation, project stage gates, and investment board presentations.
• Experience with project management systems, capital tracking tools, procurement systems, and contractor compliance platforms.
• Knowledge of WAVE, ISN, MOC, FEL, RFQ, AFE, and PO processes.

Responsibilities

• Work with operations management to create and manage project initiatives through all stages.
• Track project status, timelines, documentation, approvals, risks, and milestones.
• Coordinate budgets, RFQs, and contractor selection; provide on-site support as needed.
• Develop and monitor the divisional project pipeline and long-term planning.
• Create and manage AFEs; ensure alignment with budgets and approvals.
• Ensure contractor qualification, compliance, and safe, quality work execution.
• Lead on-site project management for large/complex projects and liaise with boards.
• Participate in monthly project reviews and maintain visibility across teams.
