Planet Group is seeking a Capital Project Manager to lead a portfolio of capital and maintenance projects in an industrial manufacturing environment. You will manage projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with business objectives while controlling scope, schedule, and cost.

The ideal candidate brings full lifecycle experience, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to operate within structured project management frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in industrial environments.
• Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle (initiation to closeout).
• Experience managing scope, schedule, and budget using project management tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present updates to leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of capital projects aligned with business objectives.
• Lead projects across maintenance, safety, productivity, and growth initiatives.
• Develop and execute project plans from concept through completion.
• Ensure effective control of scope, cost, and schedule.
