Hulsing Enterprises in Orlando, FL seeks a Project Manager to lead planning and execution of hotel, retail, and other capital projects. You will manage scope, design, procurement, construction, and turnover with a focus on schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder coordination.

The role requires strong field presence, disciplined project controls, and the ability to handle multiple active projects across hospitality and retail assets.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of progressive project management in construction/renovation.
• Experience with hotel renovations, brand PIPs, or occupied-property work preferred.
• Ability to read plans, specifications, budgets, and schedules.
• Proficiency with Excel and scheduling tools; familiar with Procore or MS Project.
• Credentials such as PMP/CCM/LEED preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Lead hotel, retail, and other projects from concept to handoff.
• Develop charters, scopes, budgets, schedules, milestones, and communications plans.
• Maintain a consolidated portfolio project tracker with status and risks.
• Coordinate design with architects, engineers, brand teams, and authorities.
• Oversee construction, field execution, meetings, and punch lists.
• Manage budgets, change orders, and payments; ensure contract compliance.
• Coordinate procurement of FF&E and OS&E; ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate brand PIPs, permits, and regulatory requirements.
• Report status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
