Job summary

You will oversee scope, procurement, construction, and turnover, coordinating with ownership, operations, finance, and brand teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive project management experience in commercial construction, hospitality renovation, retail development, or related capital projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, budgets, schedules and external design teams.
• Hotel renovation, brand PIP, conversion, occupied-property construction, and retail project experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with competitive bidding, contracts, change orders, FF&E procurement, permitting, and project closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned hotel, retail, and other company projects from concept through completion and operational handoff.
• Develop project charters, scopes, deliverables, work plans, budgets, schedules, milestones, and stakeholder communication plans.
• Maintain a consolidated portfolio project tracker with status, priorities, dates, costs, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate with ownership, Operations, Finance, and property leaders on priorities and resources.
• Oversee coordination with architects, engineers, brand teams, and authorities for design and permitting.
• Manage construction meetings, look-aheads, milestones, and field issue resolution.
• Coordinate work in operating properties to minimize disruption to guests and revenue.
• Maintain budgets, forecasts, and cost-to-complete reporting; review change orders and invoices.
