Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors in Longview, Texas, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead capital and expense projects from concept through startup. You will drive planning, budgeting, and scheduling, coordinating across engineering, procurement, construction, and operations to maximize project value.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in capital project PM, strong communication and leadership skills, and a solid engineering background; PMP/PE certifications are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
• PMP or PE certification preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant project management experience in capital projects.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience coordinating EPCOM activities.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership across all phases of capital and expense projects.
• Plan, organize, and control project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate development and maintenance of project plans and documents.
• Monitor risk and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Interface with engineering, procurement, construction, operations, and maintenance teams.
