Job summary

CiresiMorek is seeking a Project Manager to execute large-scale equipment and facility upgrades. You will lead internal and external teams to complete objectives on time and under budget, with a track record of impact and urgency. Bachelor's degree required; PE or PMP preferred; 5+ years managing capital projects.

You will review supplier proposals, ensure safety and quality, and champion a Safety First culture across all phases, including planning, design, and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years' experience managing capital projects.
• Experience with equipment upgrades or new equipment installations.
• Experience with facility expansions.

Responsibilities

• Identify business case, scope, benefits, and estimate costs.
• Review equipment supplier proposals and recommend purchases.
• Empower teams with collaborative, inclusive leadership.
• Direct and approve engineering designs, ensuring compliance with codes and safety.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing and Maintenance to meet safety and quality standards without disrupting production.
• Champion a Safety First culture across all project phases.
• Maintain knowledge of current technology through plant visits and training.
