Job summary

Hargrove is seeking a capital projects Engineer/Manager to provide project leadership from planning through commissioning at a United States facility. The role emphasizes managing capital initiatives, coordinating design and construction, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree (PE or PMP preferred) and have 2+ years of capital project management experience, with strong collaboration and strategic planning skills to deliver on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical, or civil).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably with capital projects.
• Professional Engineering licensure and/or PMP registration is highly preferred.
• Strong project management, planning, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans aligned with organizational goals to maximize plant capacity.
• Manage projects from proposal to commissioning with defined milestones and cost control.
• Coordinate design, planning, construction, and commissioning activities for plant upgrades.
• Supervise internal/contract labor and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
