Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Public Administration, Regional Planning or related field is required.
• Three (3) years of responsible experience in construction, architecture, engineering, construction management or related field.
• Must be able to attend meetings after hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage CIP and construction or renovation projects from planning through warranty.
• Prepare bid packages, documents, contracts, specs, and design statements.
• Coordinate with departments, developers, contractors, and the public on project approvals.
