Job summary

Harvard Capital Projects (HCP) is seeking a Project Manager to lead scope, budget, and schedule across architecture, design, construction, and interiors for campus renewal initiatives.

This role collaborates with Harvard Schools, Departments, and external consultants to ensure delivery on time and within budget while upholding campus standards. A Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of capital project management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in architectural, engineering, construction or project management.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead project activities including scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Manage risk, approvals, and closeout across phases.
• Supervise design and contractor teams to meet project goals.
