Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing capital projects or a project portfolio with values exceeding $10 million.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned capital projects through full lifecycle: permitting, engineering, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up, testing, closeout.
• Develop and execute the Project Execution Plan aligned with corporate standards and processes.
• Navigate stage-gate deliverables: estimates, schedules, risk assessments, approvals, and documentation.
• Coordinate stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and internal partners to reach objectives.
• Define project organization and identify required skills and resources for delivery.
• Coordinate with OPC leadership to assign qualified team members.
• Work with Operations and Technical Services on design reviews, constructability, planning, and turnover.
• Incorporate lessons learned and best practices into planning and execution.
