Job summary

Center for Digital Governmtent seeks an experienced accounting professional to manage complex clerical accounting for CIP capital projects within the Department of Public Works. You will handle procurement and disbursement data, coordinate approvals, and maintain project financial reporting in Oracle Harbor and eBuilder.

The role requires strong knowledge of accounting procedures, budgeting, and interdepartmental collaboration to ensure funds are available and correctly recorded.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school with accounting or related coursework; and four or more years’ experience in bookkeeping, payroll, or disbursements.
• Experience in procurement/disbursements is preferred.
• Experience using Oracle-Harbor or a related automated financial system and eBuilder Project Management System.

Responsibilities

• Analyze procurement requests for form, funding and documentation.
• Generate procurement documents and create capital project procurements in the financial system.
• Route procurement requests for approval and manage first/second level approvals.
• Analyze and verify disbursement data for accuracy and funding.
