Job summary

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking an Executive Director, Capital Projects to lead the design, procurement, and execution of major construction and infrastructure initiatives across our campus. You will oversee a portfolio of capital projects and serve as a steward to align with the institution's mission and campus goals.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's in engineering/architecture/construction management or business with relevant registration.
• Eight to twelve years full-time project management experience with at least two years in a senior leadership role.
• Degrees must be from accredited institutions and meet Roswell Park/HRI standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor staff and manage internal stakeholders and design/construction teams.
• Develop procurement strategies and oversee design/construction procurement processes.
• Ensure project delivery from concept through occupancy within budget and schedule.
