Job summary

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking a Division Chief of Cardiology to lead the Cardiology/Cardio-Oncology program and shape the division’s strategic direction within cancer care.

The role requires clinical credibility and leadership to build programs, recruit and mentor faculty, and advance cardiovascular services across oncology and survivorship, while expanding cardio-oncology capabilities and imaging expertise.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent medical degree required.
• Board Certification in Cardiovascular Disease or eligibility.
• Proven leadership experience in an academic medical center.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic vision for Cardiology and Cardio-Oncology within the division.
• Provide physician leadership and clinical oversight across the cancer care continuum.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain cardiology faculty as the division grows.
• Establish clinical standards and evidence-based approaches to cardio-oncology care.
• Develop multidisciplinary cardio-oncology programs with oncology, radiology, and surgery teams.
