Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred).
• Five to ten years of progressive experience in project engineering, capital project management, or program management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong project management and leadership skills with multi-project delivery.
• Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing operations, equipment, facility systems, quality and related technologies.
• Experience developing CARs, business cases, and managing budgets.
• Knowledge of environmental, health and safety regulations and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with project management software, engineering design applications, and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Commitment to teamwork, continuous improvement and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute capital and engineering projects from concept through completion.
• Develop project charters, specifications, scopes of work, CARs, business cases, and other documentation for approval.
• Manage capital and expense budgets, including annual capital plans and monitoring expenditures.
• Coordinate activities among internal and external stakeholders for timely milestones.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and schedule issues through corrective actions.
• Establish and maintain project governance processes aligned with APQP requirements.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality, environmental, and safety requirements.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to plant leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and change management records.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies to obtain permits and approvals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance execution and efficiency.
