Job summary

Orica is seeking a Specialist - Project Delivery in Winnemucca, NV to lead end-to-end delivery of capital projects within the site PMO, ensuring governance, hazard studies, MoC, and SHES compliance throughout execution.

You will define objectives and scope with stakeholders, develop capex proposals, manage engineering scopes, schedules and costs, coordinate readiness, commissioning, and handover, and report progress to the PMO Manager.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to present strategic logic.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, and delivery strategy with stakeholders.
• Develop capital expenditure proposals including cost estimates and schedules.
• Develop engineering scopes of work and manage tendering, evaluation and contract awards.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and manage cost performance.
• Coordinate readiness activities, including master data, maintenance strategies and operating procedures.
• Monitor progress, risks, costs, and schedule; report to PMO Manager.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, processes, and SHES requirements.
