Orica Winnemucca is seeking a Manager - Maintenance Engineering to lead maintenance and asset management at the Winnemucca Cyanide Manufacturing Facility. You will develop strategies to maximize equipment availability, improve reliability, and drive operational excellence across the site.
The role reports to the Site Manager and collaborates with Operations, SHES, Technical and Capital Projects teams. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in industrial maintenance, 5+ years in leadership, and
Formación
- 10+ years in industrial maintenance
- 90
- 5+ years in maintenance/engineering leadership
- Experience in chemical processing or continuous processes
- Proven success improving asset reliability and managing maintenance costs
- Experience leading multidisciplinary maintenance teams
Responsabilidades
- Lead safety leadership and Zero Harm culture across the site
- Develop and execute maintenance and asset reliability strategies
- Plan and schedule maintenance to optimize plant availability
- Manage outages, shutdowns, and maintenance turnarounds
- Lead a multidisciplinary maintenance team and mentor staff
