PTS Advance is seeking an experienced Capital Project Cost Estimator to support the Manager, Capital Project Estimating, in managing the estimating process for a portfolio of over 160 projects. The role emphasizes estimating assurance, validation of contractor estimates, and material take-offs across disciplines, with field walks to understand scope.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree or have 10+ years in refining, manufacturing or petrochemical cost estimation, with strong ACCE and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years refining, manufacturing or petrochemical experience.
• Minimum 10 years direct cost estimating experience for projects, turnarounds, or construction.
• Field Electrical & Instrumentation experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of Project Controls.
• Experience working with engineering and procurement contractors preferred.
• Proficient with ACCE (Aspen Tech Capital Cost Estimator).
• Proficient with MS Office including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts.

Responsabilités

• Provide estimating support to manage a portfolio of projects and turnarounds.
• Review contractor estimates to ensure alignment with project scope.
• Perform material take-offs and cost estimation for all disciplines.
• Conduct estimate QA and cost analysis.
• Provide feedback to engineering contractors as needed and ensure revisions are captured in latest estimates.
• Assist with KPI reporting and benchmarking.
• Conduct field walks to understand project scope and execution.
• Adhere to Motiva safety programs and rules.
