Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual, feasibility, and detailed cost estimates for capital projects.
• Develop quantity take-offs and pricing based on engineering deliverables.
• Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing.
• Evaluate vendor and contractor bids and provide commercial assessments.
• Support project reviews, funding approvals, and decision-making processes.
