Job summary

Cogir Senior Living, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks an Associate Project Manager to support capital projects. You will assist Project Managers on larger initiatives and independently manage smaller projects, coordinating schedules, budgets, and documentation to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications include a GED or high school diploma; an Associate’s degree in Construction Management preferred, and 1–3 years of project coordination or related construction/facilities

• Associate’s degree in Construction Management preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or related construction/facilities role.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers on large, complex capital projects.
• Independently manage smaller capital projects from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, documentation, and communication across project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Prepare meeting materials, capture notes, and follow up on tasks.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Support closeout tasks and financial reconciliation.
