Galerie Development seeks an Assistant Construction Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of luxury senior living construction projects. You will handle project administration, scheduling, budgeting, procurement coordination, and documentation management throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of construction project coordination, project administration, or assistant project management experience.
• Experience supporting commercial construction or real estate development projects preferred.
• Senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or multifamily construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Construction Project Manager in coordinating all phases of project planning, design, construction, and closeout.
• Coordinate procurement and installation of consultants, vendors, and owner-furnished equipment not managed by GC or Interior Design teams.
• Assist with project meetings by preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking action items.
• Liaise between internal departments, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders to facilitate timely communication.
• Develop and maintain the Master Project Schedule, including planning, design, entitlements, permitting, procurement, construction, installations, and closeout.
