Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Project Manager – Capital Projects to support the delivery of complex public-sector capital improvement projects. You will work as part of an integrated project management team, coordinating consultants and contractors through design, Design-Build procurement, construction, and closeout.

The role requires managing multiple project phases, tracking schedule and cost performance, and ensuring documentation and controls meet established requirements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
• Equivalence of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned project phases and work streams under the direction of the Senior Project Manager.
• Support delivery of capital projects through planning, design, Design-Build procurement, construction, commissioning, occupancy, and closeout.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver project deliverables on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor schedule, cost performance, and quality against established project requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, change records, risk logs, and status reports.
