MAAS seeks a senior project engineer to join the Sustainability Strike Team charged with delivering energy and sustainability projects across nine college campuses. You will support project managers from design to closeout, shaping scopes, budgets, and schedules that comply with bond rules and funding constraints.

You will work with district staff, architects, engineers, contractors, and utility companies to resolve technical issues, review submittals, and ensure field work matches plans.

Qualifications

• 7 years in project or construction management in commercial, public, or educational buildings (> $15M).
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, business, construction management, or related field.
• Experience coordinating with campus staff, designers, contractors, and utility companies.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical, engineering, and coordination support from design through closeout.
• Shape new sustainability projects across the district: needs, site conditions, requirements, risks.
• Coordinate site visits, capacity checks, feasibility studies, and utility upgrades.
• Help build and check project scopes, budgets, and schedules aligning with funding and bond rules.
• Prepare project setup documentation per program office procedures.
• Review design documents, submittals, RFIs, changes, and field orders.
